this is a food truck, so the location changes.
the wait was a little long, but it was worth it in the end :)
it was authentic Mexican, so much so that the people in the food truck only spoke a little English, and mostly Spanish.
the food it really filling and yummy. i would definitely go back there if i had the chance.
great food 10/10 would recommend. -

This is a go to spot for me. I'm not a local there but it's a must stop for me on drives heading out of Aspen. The best, better than many other Mexican restaurants I have eaten at. They put a lot into each item on the menu. I have the chicken torta or the chicken burrito with an horchata that is made from scratch. I love to mix their habanero salsa (only for those who love a lot of spice) and their green salsa.

Fish tacos were a bit of a bust wear traditional American cheese over acceptable but nothing stellar fish. The quesadilla sincronizad was amazing in highly recommended. Taco meat was good but the tortillas needed some love.

They are now located to the south of Safeway, across the street next to an old garage. Great value priced Mexican food.

Taco truck with authentic carnitas and carna asada meat similar to the taste from Los Angels.
In the parking lot adjacent to Safeway. The ladies chef were sweetband prepared the food quickly.
